Position: Customer Service Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School Graduate, Associate's Degree, or completed at least 2 years in college
Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience
6 months of technical support experience
6 months of chat support experience
Amenable to rotating shifts

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer support via chat and other communication channels
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Handle technical escalations and provide troubleshooting assistance
Document customer interactions and maintain records
Deliver exceptional service to meet client satisfaction standards
