Job Description
The position is primarily responsible for the implementation of the organization project policies and procedures by overseeing the whole project life cycle.
It covers overall Project Management coordinating all project related activities and tracking budget and deliverables both on the business and IT (Chinabank’s Properties and Computer Center, Inc. and Vendor) at all project phases (Initiation, Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Cutover) towards completion and successful project implementation.
Non-Exemption/Must Have
At least 10 years of solid experience in information technology covering system development, test management and project management. (Non-nego)
Experience in banking or any financial institution is required. (Non-nego)
Experience in waterfall and agile methodologies is required. (Non-nego)
Experience in Consumer Banking is preferred. (Non-nego)
Has at least 5 years of experience in people management. (Non-nego)
Has at least 5 years of experience in managing 3rd parties, vendors and/or service providers. (Non-nego)
Capable of working well under pressure. (Non-nego)
Excellent professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. (Non-nego)
Knowledgeable on project and test management protocols and structures.(Non-nego)
Thorough working knowledge of consumer loans, cards, IT systems and processes and methodologies.(Non-nego)
Experience in project and test management tools. (Non-nego)
