Job Description
- The Sales Head is responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
- They oversee the entire sales division, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategic sales plan to meet company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales division, ensuring optimal performance.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to support sales strategies.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and sales strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
