Job Description
- Attends general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.
- Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of Healthcare Members thru the 24/7
Hotline.
- Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
- Billing and payment verification
- Cross departmental Collaboration
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor of Science course.
- Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
- With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus
- With good communication skills
- Willing to work on a rotational shift
- With good internet connection
- With Computer/Desktop equipment
Salary Offer: P16,000.00-18,000/month (depends on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Onsite (shifting schedule)
