A utility worker, also known as a maintenance worker or utility person, performs a variety of tasks to keep buildings and properties in good condition. Their responsibilities can include:

Cleaning: Cleaning and disinfecting buildings, including floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces
Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, changing water filters, and fixing water leaks
Landscaping: Performing landscaping tasks, such as mowing grass, trimming trees, and watering plants
Equipment operation: Operating equipment such as trucks, forklifts, and other machinery
