We are seeking a proactive Home-based ESL Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will leverage their ESL teaching experience to engage potential clients, conduct trial lessons, and support our team in achieving sales and marketing goals. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about teaching English and helping learners achieve their goals while contributing to the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct trial English lessons for potential clients to demonstrate the value of Kredo Japan's programs.
Support the Sales & Marketing team in achieving enrollment targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Create and manage client-facing documents and lesson-related materials.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of student trial lesson feedback and enrollment processes.
Collaborate with Japanese staff via Slack to align on marketing strategies and client needs.
Respond to customer emails in Japanese using Google Translate for English-to-Japanese translation.
Compensation:
One-month Training Period: ₱6,000 + incentives and allowances (up to ₱2,000)
Probationary Period: ₱12,000 + incentives and allowances (up to ₱4,000)
Work Schedule:
Training Period: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PHT (4 hours)
Probationary Period: Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM PHT (7 hours + 1-hour break); Sunday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM PHT (5 hours)
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong ESL teaching experience, ideally with Japanese learners.
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
