Job Description
● Respond to customer requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments,
and cancellations directly from customers, original equipment manufacturers, and distributors.
● Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible
service.
● Use Netsuite system to retrieve customer information, stock status information, the status of
purchase orders, and to make changes on customer purchase orders. Ensure that correct codes are
used for retrieving and inputting information.
● Follow up on inquiries by checking computer for delivery information.
● Handle the needs of customers, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
● Maintain punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
● Protect and maintain confidentiality of company trade secrets and other confidential and
proprietary information including, without limitation, customer information and sales data.
● Support a culture of collaboration, lead by example, and maintain a positive work environment.
● Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills/Requirements:
● Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, well
organized.
● Strong industry product knowledge and ability to communicate technical aspects of products to a
variety of customers is preferred.
● Previous Amazon customer service experience preferred.
● Able to comprehend and carry out detailed instructions.
● Able to work independently and use effective problem-solving skills.
● Professional appearance and demeanor.
● Intermediate to expert in using NetSuite.
● Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required with advanced knowledge of
Excel preferred.
● May be required to work Saturdays.
● Some travel required; less than 10%
