About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS,INC.'. This is a full-time position based in Bolinao Pangasinan. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of a range of exciting projects, playing a key role in shaping the built environment within our organization.

What you'll be doing

Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into innovative and practical design solutions
Preparing detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for new construction, renovations, and alterations
Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Coordinating with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery
Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budgets
Providing on-site supervision and support during the construction phase
Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, techniques, and technologies

What we're looking for:

A degree in Architecture or a related field
At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a professional Architect, preferably in the design and construction of commercial or residential properties
Excellent technical skills in architectural design, including the use of CAD software and other design tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing project requirements
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulations
