QA/QC Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our construction projects in Bolinao Pangasinan. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and upholding our commitment to quality and safety.

What you'll be doing:

Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans to monitor and assess the quality of materials, processes, and finished products
Conducting regular inspections, testing, and audits to identify and resolve any quality issues or non-conformities
Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and ensure the successful completion of projects
Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support quality control efforts and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Providing training and guidance to construction personnel on quality best practices
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve quality assurance and control procedures and processes

What we're looking for:

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully implementing quality assurance and control programs on large-scale construction projects
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and identify innovative solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficient in the use of quality control software, testing equipment, and relevant industry standards and regulations
