We are currently seeking a talented and skilled professional to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. This direct-hire job is located in Bacoor City, Cavite.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible on end to end AP to Disbursement Process using SAPB1 system (PO or non-PO)
Processing payment request forms, Reimbursement, Liquidation and Advances, which includes checking and verification of supporting documents
Checking or matching procurement purchase order, vendor invoices, and warehouse receiving reports
Processing of check vouchers and preparing manual checks or wire transfers/ online bank transfer
Assisting vendor inquiries about payment reconciliations due to discrepancies
Assisting in the resolution of issues related to invoice/payment processing and check-releasing
Qualifications:

Experience in SAP B1/HANA
with atleast 1-2 years of work experience
Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance, or any business related course (Preferably a BS in Accounting)
Well-versed in general Accounting principles, practices and procedures and can apply them to his/her accounting function
Knowledgeable or proficient in Microsoft Offices
Can work under pressure, hardworking, and willing to render overtime
Ability to provide timely and accurate reports
Ability to work under minimum supervision and keep other team members informed as appropriate
Ability to identify priorities and execute
Knowledgeable on Bank procedure and Philippines taxation
Willing to start immediately
