Logistic Planner

•Trip Scheduling: Create and manage transportation schedules to ensure timely departures and arrivals, coordinating with stakeholders to meet shipment and customer needs.
• Truck Allocation: Allocate trucks for scheduled trips, monitor availability, and coordinate with fleet managers to optimize routes.
• Coordination: Work with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients to ensure smooth logistics. Resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.
• Data Management: Keep accurate records of schedules, truck allocations, and related documents using logistics software.

• Problem Solving: Identify and address scheduling issues proactively.

• Compliance: Ensure operations follow regulations and company policies.

• Continuous Improvement: Analyze and enhance logistics processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and improve service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning or a related role, preferably in an import/export environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. o Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
