Product Listing Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Product Listing Assistant with experience in managing product listings across eBay, Walmart, Amazon, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will create, optimize, and maintain product listings, enhance product visibility, and ensure that visuals for online stores are accurate and high-quality. The ideal candidate should be available to work according to Philippine Time (PHT).

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize product listings on eBay, Walmart, Amazon, and other platforms. Ensure each listing is complete with accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and relevant keywords for better search visibility.
Implement SEO strategies to improve the visibility of product listings in search results on various platforms.
Edit and enhance product images using Canva or Adobe to ensure high-quality, engaging visuals.
Track the performance of product listings, including sales metrics, conversion rates, and traffic data.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing. Keep up-to-date with platform updates, policies, and market shifts to ensure listings remain competitive.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience managing product listings on two or more platforms such as Amazon, A+ Content, eBay, Walmart, Shopify or other similar platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO strategies and their application to product listings to ensure higher search rankings and better visibility.
Proficiency in using Canva or Adobe for image editing, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet platform standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with internal teams and provide clear updates on campaign performance and product listings.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and consistent across all platforms.
