Junior Data Scientist

Location: Libis, Quezon City (Onsite, Regular Day Shift)
Position: Junior Data Scientist
Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 PHP

Minimum Qualifications
-- Fresh Graduate with a relevant internship is encouraged to apply
-- At least 1-2 years of experience in Data Science is preferred
-- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, etc.)
-- Experience with supervised learning (logistic and linear regression, decision trees, SVM, etc.)
-- Experience with unsupervised learning (k-means clustering)
-- Proficiency in Python coding, with documentation for reproducibility
-- Strong SQL skills

Responsibilities
-- Apply exploratory and predictive analytics to solve business problems
-- Develop and support cloud-based AI applications and tools using cutting-edge technologies
-- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: research, requirements gathering, database development, application development, and report creation
-- Explain insights and conclusions drawn from data; identify and investigate anomalies for corrective actions
-- Visualize processed information for clear understanding of its value
-- Perform data modeling and implement/test data designs
-- Use advanced mathematical and statistical techniques, including machine learning, data mining, clustering, and algorithms
-- Work with big datasets with minimal engineering support
-- Drive problem avoidance and continuous improvement through research and best practices
-- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team
