Job Description

Qualifications:

Should be a graduate of any Business course preferably Accountancy, Business Finance, and Management.

Minimum three (3) to five (5) years in related experience in Vendor Management and/or Project Management.

Good Analytical skills.

Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Creative and Critical Thinking skills

Procurement and Negotiating Skills

Knowledge of IT System or Banking System is a plus

Job Description:

Provides function and operational assistance to the Vendor Management Unit Head in carrying out all related functions.

He/She primarily performs supervisory functions in assistance to the VMU Head and overviews the project management, document management and vendor compliance activities.

He/she performs coordination with Vendors, Business Units, and Project Teams to ensure due diligence and best practices in vendor engagement.
