Quality Control Inspector/Staff

JOB SUMMARY

Quality Control Inspector manage daily activities related to Incoming Material Quality Control (IQC), In Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Material Quality Control (OQC) under the supervision and leadership of inspectors.
IQC: Monitoring the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization. Ensuring that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers. Inspecting and approving incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
IPQC: Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies. Perform product testing and analysis to identify defects and improve quality. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement.
OQC: Work in a variety of industries, from manufacturing to food production, outgoing quality inspectors are responsible for checking outgoing products to ensure that they are free of defects and produced according to internal specifications and external guidelines. This is a highly detail-oriented role, requiring familiarity with manufacturing and production processes combined with extensive knowledge of specifications and product testing.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
●Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specification, conducting visual and measurement tests and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
●Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications conducting visual and measurement test communicating required adjustments to production leader/technician and supervisor.
●Approves finished products by confirming specification conducting visual and measurement tests returning product for re-work and confirming rework.
●Prepare documentation of the inspection process which includes detailed reports and performance records.
●Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure Quality Control Standards are met.
●Guide the production team about the Quality control issues to enhance the Quality of the product.
●Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements and calling repairs.
●Compliance with the Management System ( ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001:2015 , ISO 45001: 2018 , RBA Code of Conduct).

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge:
● High school diploma or equivalent
●With experience in the same field
●Effective Record Management skills
●Profound knowledge of Quality standards
●Understand technical documents, manuals and blueprints to ensure that product meet the correct specification
