Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Agent to join our customer support team. As a Chat Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and efficient assistance through online chat and messaging platforms. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues in real time.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of experience with Customer Service (Chat and Email)
At least High school graduate or Senior HS graduate
Amenable to work on a fixed night shift schedule
Willing to work in Double Dragon Pasay
Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries via email and/or Chat regarding products, service orders, or general information about the company.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly and efficiently, aiming for satisfactory solutions for both the customer and the company.
Offering guidance, assistance, and troubleshooting help to customers experiencing difficulties with products, services, or processes.
Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system or database.
Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer based on their needs or interests.
Providing information about products, services, features, and promotions to help customers make informed decisions.
Following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
Following company policies, procedures, and guidelines while interacting with customers and handling their inquiries or concerns.
Providing feedback to management regarding recurring issues, customer suggestions, or opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher levels of management or specialized departments for further assistance or resolution.
Interacting with customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner, even in challenging situations.
