Business Development and Marketing Consultant

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (master's degree is a plus).
2. 10-15 years of proven experience in business development and marketing, particularly in engineering consulting firm.
3. Experience with projects involving DPWH, ADB, World Bank, JICA, and PPP clients like Maynilad and MWSS.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Creative, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth goals.
2. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and project leads.
3. Build and Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to align business and marketing efforts.
5. Prepare project proposals, including technical, financial, and contractual details.
6. Evaluate and recommend strategic projects to pursue.
7. Represent the company at key meetings and build networks with government agencies, funding institutions, and other stakeholders.
8. Monitor market trends and position the company for future opportunities.
9. Design and Implement marketing and business development strategies to promote the company's growth.
10. Maintain a database of consultants, project opportunities, and marketing insights.
