Job Description

Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-years course,
With basic knowledge in contract checking, governance policy, and ringi process,
With knowledge of duties and familiarity with relevant policies, and handling routine operational problems and abnormalities by their own judgment,
With commitment, and open to collaborative activities and challenges,
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply,
Willing to work at FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

Job Overview:
-Prepare draft certificates and communicate with section PIC and corporate secretary to ensure the correctness of the document details,
-Monitor the status and prepare the request for payment of the business partners to ensure that we have no pending liability with them.
-Perform ringi checking before the decision making of the Top Management to ensure that it is in accordance to company rules and regulations.
-Checking of draft contracts, affidavits and other legal documents to ensure that the company are in compliance with the set rules and regulations of the company and the government.
