Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Service Representative directly interfaces to customer. Manages inquiries and complaints. Process requests using available online system modifications.

KEY TASK RESPONSIBILITIES

CALL, SOCIAL MEDIA AND EMAIL MANAGEMENT ACCURACY
1. Attend all customers queries and concerns through call, email or chat or on social media.
2. Provide accurate information and detailed explanation to customers.
3. Maintain required Service Levels and Quality Standards at all times.
4. Detailed collection of customer data to facilitate seamless processing of requests.
5. Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping customer’s information confidential.
6. Provide resolution on customer requests within set parameters of Customer Service Management.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience: Candidate at least 3rd year College level or any graduate of diploma course. With 0-6 months working experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent verbal and communication skills. Customer-oriented and computer literate. Familiar with basic software application, as but not limited to word and excel.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
