Today, the Cabuyao plant is producing industrial paints for automotive, appliances, coils, motorcycles and other related industries. NPP also manufactures auto refinishes, and varnishes. Job Description
2. Ensures healthy sales growth and collection through strategic use of different tools, Pro Connect, ACT, Field Force and other available system.
3. Conducts product presentations to existing and prospective customers.
4. Prepares weekly and monthly sales report.
5. Develops clear and effective written proposal/quotations for current and prospective customers.
6. Makes regular client visit and mapping of the assigned geographic territory.
7. Manage account credit, reconciliation, and order bookings.
8. Develops and implements territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
9. Develops long lasting relationship with current customers and prospective customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or its equivalent degree.
• EXPERIENCE: Technical background in selling and application of Paint or coating products is required.
• SKILLS: Computer literate and proficient in data analysis and reportorial requirements.
• High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.
• Good negotiation skills and presentation skills.
