Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding phone or mobile phone services, billing concerns or promo packages.
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure.
• Provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Job Qualification
☑️At least HS Grad (old Curriculum) / SHS Grad
☑️6 months Call Center Experience / 30 wpm (typing test)
Salary:
22.000,00 ₱ Monthly
