Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent service and support for healthcare-related inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive patient experience. You will interact with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to support effective communication and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages, responding to inquiries about healthcare services, appointments, billing, and insurance.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments, ensuring accurate data entry into scheduling systems.
- Claims and Insurance Support: Provide information about insurance coverage, verify patient benefits, and assist with claims processing and follow-up.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve patient concerns regarding billing, medical records, insurance issues, and other service-related matters.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all information is updated in the system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, insurance representatives, and other departments to resolve patient issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure that all patient interactions comply with HIPAA regulations and healthcare policies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare services, insurance plans, and company policies to provide accurate information to patients.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Experience in a call center or patient support role is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare management systems (EMRs, CRMs).
- Knowledge of insurance plans, billing procedures, and HIPAA guidelines is preferred.

- ₱17,000.00 Monthly
