Job Description

Job Description
• Maintain customer focus at all times and handle customers’ inquiries, complaints, cargo status, vessel details, etc.
• Handle all communications inquiries of customer (internal and external)
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by management and customers

Skills
• Knowledgeable in Customs Law, Tax Computation (Duties and Taxes), Incoterms, and Tariff Classification.

Qualifications
• Graduate of Customs Administration or any related course; BS in Customs Administration only
• With at least 1 year experience handling customer service within the same industry.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!

Schedule
• Amenable to work 6 days per week
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (Possible shifting schedule ang weekends.)
•Hybrid Set-up (1 day WFH)
Salary:
23.000,00 ₱ Monthly
