Job Description
Responsible for supporting and managing the financial operations of the Company.
Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
Prepare accurate and timely reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies including Bureau of Internal Revenue and Securities and Exchange Commission.
Assist in the development and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Support internal audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.
Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs including telegraphic transfers and foreign currency transactions.
Review the work of finance staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified Public Accountant.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Mobility to travel may be required for training or business meetings.
