Job Description

The Finance Manager will work directly with the President to prepare financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and analyses that support strategic decision-making. She will oversee the finance department, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide financial guidance to management.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis
a. Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement).
b. Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks.
c. Create financial reports and interpret financial information for management.

2. Financial Planning and Budgeting
a. Prepare financial forecasts.
b. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate business decisions.

3. Financial Compliance
a. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.
b. Manage internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

4. Financial Operations
a. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
b. Maintain accurate accounting records.

5. Strategic Financial Management
a. Develop strategies to improve profitability.

6. Leadership and Management
a. Lead and motivate the finance team.
b. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in industrial sales or manufacturing companies.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, including analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
• Age range: 30–45 years old.

Monthly Salary:
• Negotiable based on the applicant's skill set.

Location:
• KM 21, SLEX Samson Road, Brgy. Sucat, Muntinlupa City
• Preferred candidates should live near the working location

Work Schedule & Set-up:
• Full-time, on-site (Day shift)
• Monday to Friday (8-hour shift)
