Job Description

WORK LOCATION: Pasig City
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
SALARY: ₱50,000 | Open for discussion

JOB PURPOSE: Shaping and executing the brand's visual identity across all channel; Lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand image is consistently communicated and visually compelling

- A keen eye for design
- A passion for storytelling
- A deep understanding of current industry trends

- Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Fashion, and/or Marketing
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects
- Proven experience leading and managing creative teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translating business objectives into creative concepts that resonate with the target audience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
