Job Description
2. Experience: Have several years of experience in customer service or related roles. Experience as a customer service representative or supervisor is valuable.
3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. To lead and motivate their teams to deliver excellent customer service.
4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. To effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other departments.
5. Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and solve customer issues. Should be adept at handling escalated customer concerns.
6. Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
7. Analytical Skills: Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
8. Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and team members is key to success.
9. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements.
10. Experience in BPO industry or Telecommunications industry is REQUIRED.
