Job Description
we are looking for a proactive and organized Content & Social Media Manager to oversee content uploads on our WordPress site and manage our social media presence. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for detail, experience in WordPress content management, and a creative flair for social media. The ideal candidate will ensure our digital presence is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand.

Responsibilities
Upload, organize, and manage content on WordPress, ensuring all posts are well-formatted, SEO-optimized, and visually appealing.
Regularly update existing content, monitor for accuracy, and troubleshoot any technical issues on WordPress.
Plan, schedule, and manage social media posts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) according to our content calendar.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community aligned with our brand voice.
Analyze and report on social media and website performance, sharing insights to improve engagement and reach.
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas for both the website and social channels.

Requirements
Proven experience with WordPress content management, including familiarity with SEO best practices, plugins, and basic HTML.
Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization, with a portfolio of successful social campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an understanding of brand tone and engagement.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and content performance, with a data-driven approach to improvement.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools e.g., Canva, Photoshop is an advantage.
