Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage social media channels, develop digital marketing strategies, and oversee website updates and maintenance on WordPress. This role is crucial in driving online engagement, boosting brand presence, and optimizing our digital platforms for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster online community growth.

Website Management (WordPress):
Update and maintain the website’s content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
Collaborate with the design team to enhance website layouts and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic website issues or coordinate with developers for technical support.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and execute targeted online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Optimize campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics.
Use tools like Google Analytics to gain insights and optimize marketing strategies.

Content Creation:
Work closely with content creators to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent content for digital platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or website management.
Proficiency in WordPress (knowledge of basic coding is a plus).
Experience with social media platforms and management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Experience running digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to analyze data and optimize strategies.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
Graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of Australian social media trends and audience preferences (if applicable).
