Job Description

Work setup: Full onsite in Eton Centris, QC
Shift schedule: Shifting Schedule, flexible to any shift (24/7 operations)

Requirements:
Completed at least 2 years in college
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the BPO industry
Expert in SQL | Google SQL, Dremel SQL, SQL, PLX
Expertise in Data Visualization (Data Studio & Site, PLX Dashboard, Google Spreadsheets) will help
Query Optimization, Query Performance Tuning
Build and maintain SQL scripts and complex queries for data extraction & analysis
Proficient at logical reasoning and should possess strong Analytical skills
Critical Thinking: Ability to look at the numbers, trends, and data and derive new conclusions based on the findings
Math Skills: Strong mathematical ability to estimate numerical data
Product knowledge - (ATLAS - all basic stages)
GIS operational experience will be an added advantage
