Process Management Analyst

We are looking for a Process Management Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate shall identify and discuss key business areas and processes requiribg improvement. Helps management to drive the strategy execution through designing new business models, streamlining, and reengineering existing business processes.

Duties include analyzing existing processes, data gathering, and documenting policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas
-Identifying areas of focus and improvement within the business.
-Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance
-Creating and presenting process reports for management approval.
-Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows.
-Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree
-1 year related experience as a process analyst.
-Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Willing to work onsite
