Job Description

Creation and monitroing of service request until resolved.
Creation of Summary Report/preparing raw data to be use for monthly reporting
Indentifying the issues and provide analysis based on the reported issues
Has proactive approach in monitorint
Do escalation of concerned ticket to next level support
Previous experience in hospital as local IT is a plus.
