A Healthcare Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for patients seeking assistance within a healthcare facility. They efficiently handle inquiries, book appointments, and address concerns related to billing, insurance, and treatment options. Qualifications:
• At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
• Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years employment in TP
• Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
• Candidate must NOT be a former Teleperformance employee
• No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
• Average to excellent English communication skills
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
• Available to start ASAP
