Job Description
Beyond facilitating patient interactions, Healthcare Customer Service Representatives also play a vital role in optimizing healthcare operations. They collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care, maintain accurate patient records, and streamline administrative processes. By effectively managing patient inquiries and concerns, these representatives contribute to enhanced patient satisfaction and the overall efficiency of healthcare delivery.
Qualifications:
• At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
• Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years employment in TP
• Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
• Candidate must NOT be a former Teleperformance employee
• No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
• Average to excellent English communication skills
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
• Available to start ASAP
