As a Work from Home Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance.

Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a home-office environment.
Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.
Basic proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer service software.
