Job Description

As a Survey Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our business by assisting both our customers and survey teams. In addition to supporting new or established surveys, you will assist with survey preparation, including contact research and expansion prior and during the survey solicitation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquires survey product and software knowledge and provide client support.
Provides administrative and logistical support including research, progress tracking, and documentation.

Conduct and monitor email and phone communications for survey participation.

Research and update and maintain participant contacts.

Creates survey subscriptions and user set up and ensures accurate execution of order forms.

Assists with research and data analysis projects.

Monitors accuracy of Salesforce CRM and takes corrective action when necessary.

Audits and processes surveys that were started and have not been submitted.

Assists internal or external customers with spreadsheet errors to ensure successful upload to online survey portal.

Assists customer service with customer questions or requests.

Assist in the completion of other projects as needed.
