Production Foreman/Forelady - Sta. Maria Bulacan

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Industrial/Mechanical)
With 2-3 years of junior supervisory experience in manufacturing/production operations preferably of consumer goods
Familiar in ISO documentation & implementation
With strong people management skills
Problem solving attitude and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Willing to work on a shift schedule
Can start immediately
Willing to work in Guyong Sta. Maria Bulacan

Responsibilities:

Assigns and allocates machine operators based on required manpower and machine loading
Ensure availability of materials and supplies of each work shift during operations
Coordinates with QA department in conducting testing and sampling
Coordinates with maintenance to ensure machines are in good working condition
Maintain good house-keeping in the area of responsibility
Rates department personnel in performance evaluation
