JOB REQUIREMENTS:
~Bachelor’s degree in any field open for Undergraduate
~At least 6 months to 1 year experience
~Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
~Open for work in a Shifting Schedule
~Willing to work onsite/hybrid

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
~Respond to a variety of incoming client inquiries with exceptional customer care, aiming to resolve issues for the customer the first time wherever feasible.
~Professionally address concerns and difficulties and interact with clients to determine their needs.
~To establish the client as a top choice for media services, make sure that clients are completely satisfied with the services they receive and receive good value for their money.
~Reach difficult contact center, team, and individual goals.
~Attract potential customers by answering product and services questions
