Job Description
· Updating OWMS for any complaints that will arise upon deployment
· Sending weekly, and monthly reports for all cases and updates
· Sharing updates, notices, advice, and memorandum from any government entity to the management
· Should manage all division’s welfare
· Attend the hearing in DMW/NLRC and work on closing the cases/complaints.
· File any needed documentation about the complaints/cases.
· Reply to all emails from any different government agencies that need to be done in addressing cases and complaints
· Communicate with the employer addressing their complaints, requests, and concerns
· Keep track of any active cases/complaints
· Contact DMW to give an update on complaints/cases
· Being the Point of contact for the Legal Team
· Communicates and coordinates with the operation team to address worker's complaint
· Communicate to the processing team if needed for some requirements/documents that may needed for the case/complaints
· Act as a point of contact in workers' complaints through email or hard copy that will be receiving
· Disseminate the complaints/cases to every different division that is accountable for receiving documents
· Communicate and collaborate with the Division on how to solve cases/complaints
Qualifications:
Experience is a MUST
Flexible and must be available, especially on urgent concerns that will require his/ her presence
Must have good communication skills in dealing with workers, employers, and all clients (in and out of office premises)
Good knowledge of legal matters is an edge
Salary based on experience (negotiable) starts at 25K.
