Job Description
Processing orders: Taking orders from customers by phone, email, or website, and entering them into the sales system
Managing customer records: Registering new customers, updating customer records, and maintaining customer accounts
Processing payments: Invoicing customers, ensuring payment obligations are met, and processing payments
Providing customer support: Answering customer questions and providing after-sales support
Managing deliveries: Organizing deliveries and ensuring they are timely
Producing reports: Compiling sales reports and monitoring sales efforts
Supporting sales representatives: Answering emails and phone calls for sales representatives, and updating colleagues on urgent issues
Checking stock: Checking stock and reordering supplies
Updating databases: Updating customer records and databases
