Summary
Responsible for providing a high-level, personalized dining experience. Ensures guests receive prompt and attentive service, maintain a sophisticated atmosphere while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and offer detailed descriptions of dishes, specials, and beverages. Provide tailored recommendations based on guest preferences.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Accurately take food and beverage orders, and ensure orders are correctly relayed to the kitchen.
Meal Presentation: Serve food and beverages following fine dining etiquette. Perform table-side services, such as wine presentation or food preparation.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs. Ensure timely clearing of dishes, crumb tables as needed, and keep settings immaculate.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Recommend additional items, such as appetizers, sides, or premium beverages, to enhance the guest experience.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including polishing glassware, flatware, and setting up tables with attention to detail.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and comply with the restaurant's policies and procedures.

Qualifications
•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service is preferred.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage guests professionally and warmly. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Familiarity with wine and beverage service, fine dining etiquette, and food safety regulations.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and perform physical tasks associated with serving.
