Job Description
-Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales agents.
-Set clear goals and sales targets for the team.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and referral opportunities.
Requirements:
-A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, ideally within the real estate industry or a related field.
-Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
-In-depth expertise in digital marketing strategies and proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
-Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a team of at least 5 active sales agents.
-Preferably within Cavite or nearby areas.
