Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any 4 years Business course.
- With at least 5 to 10 years related working experience in a manufacturing firm.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures and inventory controls.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, highly analytical and strategic.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
- Rack Orientation and Design for optimum warehouse operation process
- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Project management of improvement projects/process harmonization
- Manage Activities of Raw and Packaging Warehouse and Inventory Employees
- Manage the movement of raw, and packaging between other facilities.
- Maintain records of all variances according to establish procedures and ensure accuracy of all
product transfers from one facility to other.
- Monitor all inventory control processes and document all procedures to maintain all equipment and
tools
- Analyze physical inventory, initiate inventory discrepancy investigations, and perform general
activities necessary to maintain appropriate control.
- Ensure warehouse meets all regulatory, safety and independent auditor criteria.
- Formulates and regularly delivers Operations and Productivity Reports.
- Must be willing to relocate in Epza Rosario Cavite
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics or related course

- 5+ years of solid experience as a Warehouse Manager particularly in Warehouse Material Handling
- Excellent organizational, process development, and leadership skills
- College Graduate
