Position: IT People Leader
Company Industry: Travel and Solution
Work Location: Makati (Makati, willing to be assigned different offices/branches)
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid, Flexible Schedule
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related degree
- Ten years above of expertise in IT leadership, with five or more of those years spent managing enterprise-wide IT operations at the senior or director level.
- Demonstrated expertise integrating cutting-edge technologies and spearheading digital transformation projects (e.g., AI, machine learning, IoT, cloud solutions).
- Certified Information Systems Auditor, or CISA
- Accredited Information Systems Security Professional, or CISSP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Create and implement a thorough IT strategy that is in line with the aims of innovation, corporate expansion, and changing market trends.
-Oversee the organization's cybersecurity plan, putting cutting-edge safeguards in place to protect networks, systems, and data from attacks.
-Find ways to use cutting-edge technologies and update IT infrastructure to increase productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.
-Create, oversee, and improve the IT department's budget while maintaining financial openness and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Assure mission-critical systems and services are available around-the-clock, emphasizing performance, scalability, and dependability.
