Job Description

The Senior Business Manager is primarily responsible and accountable for achieving business sales performance by bringing in and developing the accounts of the company and managing existing accounts of the company. This person works with the Business Development Head and business Unit Head in bringing in new leads, and working with the Digital Operations head and Creatives Head in making sure that there are sufficient teams that support the deliverables from the clients and projects. She/He is likewise in charge of making sure that all accounts assigned are billed and funds are collected on time. The SBM Leads the other ABMs and account owners and serves as a liaison between the clients and the company with guidance of Business Development Head.

Responsibilities

Business Building
● Identifies new leads for the business - Continuously seeks opportunities to introduce the company portfolio and its
complete list of services
● Continuously seeks and evaluates opportunities to grow the business within existing accounts

Account Management

● Regularly coordinates with clients on their activation needs including attending pre-bid briefings, organizing pitch
presentations, cost estimates, project implementation reports, and other needs
● Ensures delivery of revenue and profit targets for assigned clients
● Engages the client in periodic evaluation and strategic planning discussions designed to address both client and
the company's business objectives
● Serves as a constant liaison between the client and relevant personnel within the company group.
● Maintains professional relationship with all clients
Project Management
● Evaluates project requirements and cascades them to concerned personnel; Provides value-adding and strategic
inputs to further enhance the project brief
● Briefs concerned personnel on the details and requirements of the Client’s instructions and advice within
proper timelines; ensures that all instructions, responsibilities and operational details are clearly
understood by the implementing personnel
● Advises and coordinates closely with Client regarding project particulars, including preparation and approval of
Cost Estimates on manpower, materials, premium funds and other logistical support required for the assigned
project/s
● Secures proper approvals and documentation such as Service Contracts, Terms of Service Documents, MOAs,
Signed Cost Estimates and DOs/ POs required for the project to begin implementation
● Works through and with other departments in ensuring that all requirements to accomplish assigned projects are
efficiently and effectively planned and implemented
● Works through and with other departments in ensuring that activation guidelines and client-agreed instructions,
standards, processes, and schemes are followed and met at all times by coordinating with concerned personnel
● Works through and with other departments in ensuring that all project reports sent to the client are complete,
comprehensive, insightful, accurate, and submitted within the deadlines
● Consistently monitors and follows up with project proponents on collections based on agreed client financial terms

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative

● Submits timely and accurate liquidation of expenses as prescribed by the company guidelines
● Strictly observes internal policies and guidelines in the performance of all duties
● Documents and files all relevant information including minutes of meetings and post-evaluation report of projects Attendance
● Attends all project meetings (Weekly Operations Meetings, Project Task Force Meetings, Business Development Meetings) on time; advises ahead of time for any conflicts in schedule
● Follows Attendance documentation guidelines and policies, Shows Eagerness and professionalism by going to work on time
Reports to Business Development Head / Business Unit Head
Work Setup: remotely from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, but swap virtual huddles for in-person
meetings every last Monday of the month.

Salary:
50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
