Job Description
Project Scheduling:
● Develop and maintain detailed schedules for multiple projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
● Collaborate with project managers and team leads to establish timelines and milestones for project phases.
● Monitor progress against schedules and make adjustments as needed to address any delays or changes in project scope.
Task Allocation:
● Assign tasks to team members based on their skills, experience, and availability.
● Ensure workloads are balanced to meet deadlines without overburdening team members.
● Provide clear and concise task briefs, ensuring team members understand their responsibilities and deliverables.
Resource Allocation:
● Manage the allocation of resources, including staff, time, and equipment, to ensure projects have what they need to proceed smoothly.
● Coordinate with department heads to secure necessary resources and resolve any conflicts or shortages.
● Track resource usage and optimize allocation to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Capacity Planning:
● Monitor team capacity and workload to prevent bottlenecks and over- rounder-utilization of resources.
● Analyze capacity data to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
● Implement strategies to optimize capacity utilization and ensure teams are adequately staffed for current and upcoming projects.
Stakeholder Communication:
● Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
● Facilitate meetings and communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
● Present project progress, risks, and solutions to senior management and other stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
● Oversee the quality of all deliverables, ensuring they meet the company’s standards and client expectations.
● Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews to identify and address any issues.
● Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and innovation.
Budget Management:
● Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
● Track project expenses and report on budget status to senior management.
● Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality.
