Infrastructure Mechanical Engineer (46987) - Quezon City

Salary: 50,000 - 80,000
With Saturday schedule

Required Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering graduate
- Registered Mechanical Engineer
- With experience in handling infrastructure construction projects for at least 5 years
- Experience working at a general contractor (General Construction Company)
- Willing to work on construction site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
※During Planning Stage (Until December 2024)
1) Planning of Temporary Work Layout and its Detail
2) Procurement of Temporary Work Equipment, Insrument and Material
in terms of technical aspect
3) Check List Preparation of Each Plant which will be utilised for Tunnel Activity
4) Technical Support of Backup Gantry Design
5) Selection of Subcontractor for TBM Assembling, Inland Transportation
6) Comparsion Table Making amongst Each Equipment, Insrument and Material
7) Phisical Plant Inspection at QAS (Frequency based on Monthly, Weekly, Mobilization)
8) Works Coordiantion with Manila Water for Water Supply at QAS and NAS
9) Works Coordiantion with Meralco for HV Cable Supply at QAS and NAS
10) Site Supervison to setup Substation at NAS
11) Others

※During Site Operation Stage (January 2025 to October 2027)
1) Plannning,Preparation of Method Statement for temporay facilities and its installation (Gangtry crane, Grout plant, etc.)
2) Preparation of Plant and Material Delivery Schedule
3) Coordination with each subcontractor (plant, equipment, material)
4) Planning of Maintenance Contents(daily, weekly, monthly) for all TBM Related Machinary
5) Planning/Maintenance of sub-station on surface and HV cable extension inside tunnel
6) Supervison of Daily Machinary Maintenance of TBM Related Machinary
7) Record Taking of Material Consumption
8) Supervision of Machinary Repair Work
9) Others
