Special fields of expertise relate to site-wide infrastructure design including all design works and negotiations with the relevant statutory authorities. Public health engineering Public Health engineering is essential and integral to the health of residents and occupiers. Our services comprise above ground drainage and associated water and hygiene solutions, soil vent pipes including co-ordination through the building floor levels, distribution systems and ventilation for high rise buildings.

Job Description

PMEDI PHP 2020 LTD.INC is looking for a CAD / Revit Junior Engineer to join our Team.

CAD Engineer must be:

• Mechanical Engineer or Postgraduate
• CAD Engineer with at least 1 Year experience on MEP Design & Revit
• Must be 21 to 40 years old.

SALARY PACKAGE

₱25,000 to ₱28,000
Working within office at Alabang Madrigal Business Park II

All Philippines Public / National holidays Plus additional annual leave included.

DUTIES

• Provide support to Engineering staff via the production or modification of computer aided drawings.

• Experience and knowledge of creating & understanding Mechanical, Electrical and Public health services experience essential.

• Deliver coordinated engineering design drawings and be fully conversant with all aspects of AutoCAD & Revit.

• Implement Quality Control processes.
• Sketch and draft designs using input from engineers and architects on the team.
• Create designs in line with company procedure, regulations and client standards.
• Submit drawings to upper management and construction teams.
• Take responsibility of coordination within drawings, delivering to the highest of standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of international & UK CAD/REVIT standards.

• Knowledge of CAD including layering, XRef’s, Paper space and model space conversions.

• Possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

• Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel etc

• Perform effectively to tight deadlines and changing priorities.

• Proven ability to identify, analyse, and solve problems.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously and be a reliable self starter.

• Proven competence in working with others in a team effort.

• Very High Level of verbal and written English skills required.

• Has worked on UK standards for Revit MEP or in the UK.

• Can work extended hours on tight project deadlines with prior notice.
