Job Description
APAC TIME
1 YEAR CONTRACT
Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate expertise and provide outstanding support to Atlassian employees and internals stakeholder in response to inquiries about compensation
· We would love to talk if you are system savvy particularly in Workday and taking a lead role in data integrity specifically for Compensation-related data fields
· Assists in HRIS data management for compensation
· You will be expected to extract data from Workday, generate reports and analyze them to become significant data for the Compensation team
· Support our employee services team by serving as the functional specialist for Compensation-related queries
· You will act as HR System coordinator and administrator for the compensation team
· Assists in survey submissions as needed
· Assists in compensation ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
· Helps with any compensation programs and policy administration;
More About You:
· 4-6 years of experience in the compensation field at a multinational company with exposure to global compensation
· Bachelor's' degree in HR, Finance or a related discipline
· Advanced excel skills and preferably experience with Workday or a similar HRIS system
· A strong eye for business, and qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
· A stellar ability to synthesize data to support decision-making
· A natural ability for confidentiality and discretion
· Confidence in your communication style, both verbal and written
· Appreciation for the fact that we work in a world which is rapidly changing and growing
· Ability to handle ambiguity in stride
· A strong understanding of variable compensation practices globally, including cash & equity plans
