Job Description

Job Title: Waitress/Hostess

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Waitress/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in casual and fine dining environments and has previously worked with renowned brands such as KFC, Wendy’s, Kenny Rogers, or Subway. You will play a vital role in providing an exceptional dining experience, greeting and seating guests, managing orders, and ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure they are comfortably seated.
Menu Presentation and Knowledge: Offer and explain menu options, make recommendations, and answer any questions guests may have.
Order Management: Accurately take and place orders, handle special requests, and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Service Excellence: Ensure food and drinks are served accurately and efficiently, meeting both casual and fine dining standards.
Customer Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and handling any issues professionally.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, adhering to restaurant hygiene standards.
Payment Processing: Assist with billing, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waitress/hostess in casual or fine dining restaurants.
Prior experience with brands such as KFC, Wendy’s, Kenny Rogers, or Subway is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle high-pressure situations.
A positive attitude, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
